For those wineries where there is a limited footprint or where you want to fully utilize the available height the POLITANK (MULTITANKS) are a great investment.

The Politanks are quite often an open or closed fermenter tank on top with a storage tank underneath allowing a simple racking within the same vessel.

But they can also feature 2 or 3 different closed tanks to give the winemaker versatility and options for small batch fermentation, stabilization and storage.

The Albrigi manufacture and finishing coupled with CIP options ensure cleaning are never a problem.

• VC Tank or Closed Red Fermenting Tank on top
• Closed Tank versions for white wine making
• Dimple Plate (Cooling/Heating Jacket) available in horizontal or vertical strips. Twin jackets to allow separate heating and cooling also available.
• 80mm Insulation with S/Steel Cladding over the dimple plates or the whole tank
• Various CIP attachments
